<![CDATA[Headsets-need suggestions]]>i broke yet another headset. most the reason they break is because when i get out my chair, the cord usually gets caught on the chair, and i walk between my chair and the desk where my computer is, so i consequently pull the headset off of where its sitting and onto the floor with a bit of force. So yah, i need a new headset 😄

gimme suggestions because i really don't know where to start. i usually just get headsets at bestbuy, but i figured i would try something better.

parameters:
–does not need a microphone
–potentially thinking about going with wireless(would like a pros-cons if anyone has any info on them)
–must surround ear(no in-ear headphones or headphones that dont "cup" the ear.)

I actually had that plantronics headset, which was pretty nice. But i broke it >_< 250$ for the astro is quite steep. if i get a job, i'll invest, but otherwise i'll go with something cheaper.

They are pretty expensive but worth the cash, ive got one and i can say it is probably the best headset i have ever had.

I have used these headphones for around 8 years and they are literally the best I have used for the money.

As for wireless, it's pretty much personal preference. If you're gonna be walking around with them on, then it would be better to have wireless, but you have less selection.
