I felt that my right side of my neck and my right shoulder blade was killing me with pain. I cant even get out of the bed hurting real bad. I tried putting hot cloth on it.. didnt really work.. i tried massaging it… made it worse... it feels better when i lay on my right shoulder with my neck facing the left.. I cant even carry my book bag or lift sorta heavy stuff with my right arm.

could have slept on it oddly. i've done that sometimes, but it didnt hurt to the point where i couldn't turn my head or lift books. it might hurt to turn my head, but i would do it anyway to "stretch" it. If it continues for another day though, I would go see a doctor. if it doesn't continue for more then a day, then stop being a pussy.

Could be anything and nothing… depending what you've been doing.

Same advice as ever - go see a doctor. In the meantime take some ibuprofen to help ease the pain and reduce inflammation and try not to use your neck/arm excessively until it feels better (no moshing or arm wrestling) but keep them both moving or they'll seize up.
