Ye looks like a dodgy file, could be anything really virus,spyware,malaware...google doesn't find it either.. Defo should format it.

  • Have you got a Windows installation disk..if so stick it in follow the steps (easy as pie)..
  • As forthe sofrware you sister wants to keep. (write down the name, find it on the net Re download it. Its safer just to start fresh..you really don't know what the owner before had on his laptop or what maybe lurking on it lol..

..May i ask how much you paid for it...laptops are pretty cheap these days..my father got a brand new i3 intel laptop/widescreen for around Β£350 brand new...(samsung)

Format the cunt, and redownload it, plus if its a notebook thats running XO its going to be a slow as shit, a reformat will make it faster also.
