Heres the Size chart, Anon is Pimping a 4 Guage atm, thats about 5mm.
and here is a plug for you chav kids.

I'm trying to take mine down to about 5-6mm
then gradually getting smaller till i can just put a stud or a ring in. -

I know a few people on my travels who have gone up to like an 18 and managed to go back to a normal stud.
