They need a new 5th prestige because thats a purple heart medal, makes no since to have that as a prestige.

Maybe in the 5th prestedge you unlock some sort of awsome medic weapon
Killzone = Futuristic war game = Revive injured peeps with a gun
Call of Duty = Modern day = injured peeps, DEAD!
