Hey guys,
I'm a AION player in desperate need of a English speaking Legion in AION I have seen your Legion about and wasn't sure if it was an English only speaking legion until today so I thought I'd come here and see if I can find out more about you guys.
Firstly me.
I'm a Scot (Yay!) currently unemployed but hopefully as soon as the right job appears that will be sorted out. I have a lot of time on my hands atm and I seem to be spending all of it inside AION.
I have a lvl 37 Ranger with lvl 4 Alchemy I also have a few low level alt's as well. I have gotten to the point in AION where I need a lot of help from Legion and I am finding it a bit difficult in my current Legion as they speak nothing but Spanish and I don't. I'm only there because a friend asked me to join (he is Spanish) and I am now finding it difficult to enjoy the game as I miss out on a lot of what is being said in legion where I could help or others that are doing the same stuff as me could help me out.
I have therefore been searching for an English speaking Legion something that is particularly hard to do on Castor all the major legions tend to be Bulgarian, Spanish, Belgum, Polish, French, etc, etc,
I have a long gaming background all the way from Pong! through to WarHammer and now AION (but not WoW) I also own a PS3 (Sony Fanboy) and have a few games for it including KZ2.
I desperately need a new Legion but I hate guild jumping so I want to be sure of where I am going. If possible can I get a background on you guys maybe if there is a post I can read somewhere that has this already? This will help me make up my mind where I am going inside AION and who knows if it's all good I may stay for other games as well

Nate (Loversama) is the Aion leader and I am sure he will be happy to hear from you. I am not an Aion player so I don't know these things you are asking but he will.
We also have a lot of PS3 players that play KZ2 and other games. (I'm not one of those either lol.)

Well first of all, thank you for presenting yourself nicely in the forums by introducing yourself and making it clear what your after.
We are SinfulShadows, we are a multigaming community which happens to Love Aion, we are Rank 4 (currently) in the top Legions on our server, and congregate in a 50 slot Ventrilo (which is being upgraded soon).
We are PVE to PVP Legion with high community aspects too, there is always someone to talk to, and everyone in the Legion speaks English, 75% of us are from the UK and the rest from all over, none the less we all have fun, do raids and chillout.

Hello scot, I understand your predicament regarding the Language speaking in Legions and how it can affect your gaming experiance, but that would not be an issue in SinfulShadows.
You seemed to have trained hard also, being a level 37 Ranger and all, impressive, and another alchemist your gonna have me bribing you for Potions all the time if you do decide to join

This is something else great I found about this application, being a multigamer myself I was delighted to see this, SinfulShadows Started as a PC legion but has spanned into PlayStation 3 gaming along with others, PS3 is a really big part of SinfulShadows so you would be welcome to join us in that too.

SinfulShadows has been going for over 5 years and mainly consisted of CS and CSS players, we spanned out into PlayStation 3 and then just general gaming, Aion is our new Eddition but SinfulShadows is mainly about friends playing together, all my RL friends who play gaming, all my old clan members everyone I meet in gaming I try and get them to be a part of this, everyone under 1 roof enjoing gaming, thats why SinfulShadows is here.
With Aion is the same, we are trying to be big and out there, but its all about having fun, which is why I dont kick low levels fromt he Legion for no reason like other Legions ¬.¬"
I hope you like what you hear from us, and I do hope you stick around, let me know what you think and hopefully we shall speak again soon..

As Sama says, we are mainly native English (Scottish/Welsh/Geordie!) speaking from the UK, with a lovely mix of Europeans thrown in too.
We get on well and there is always someone to be found in Legion or on ventrilo to chat to, no matter what the time of day or night. While some of the Legion are old friends from previous games, a lot of us have recently been introduced to the SinS community via Aion.
Its hard to truly get a feel for a Legion without being part of it, but perhaps give some of us a whisper in game to group up for a bit, or make a leap of faith and dive right in - let us know if you would like an invite

Thanks for the replies guys. A lot better than some of the other Legions I have seen in game.
Firstly as I said I hate being a Legion jumper so moving from legion to legion has to be the correct choice for me.
Secondly I did say I had a Few alts. I have a lvl 20 Glad, lvl 20 Chanter, lvl 10 Temp (I started that last night was hoping for 20 today) and I am still planning to level my lvl 1 mage to SM and start a Sorc and Sin (mostly because of the lvl 30 Deavian armour set)
I am more than willing to get one of my alts into Legion with you guys until I make my mind up. I'm sure this would be helpful to you guys as well so you can get an idea of where I am at while I do the same with you.
If this is cool with you guys give me a shout which you would prefer I join with and we can get the ball rolling. I already like what I see
I'm sure you have questions as well so just ask away.

Sorry I have not been able to get back in touch.
If it is OK with you I wouldn't mind working on my Chanter for a while next to take him to 25 maybe 30! I don't know but If it is OK with you lot I'd like to move him into Legion before I go ahead and make up my mind. I know this all sounds a little silly but I hate disappointing people.
Anyway my Chanters name is "Dragor" he's lvl 20 soon to be lvl 25
by means of crash grinding on Brusthonin. I'll be on him in the mornings hopefully for most of this week so if you can get someone to PM me just to make sure you have the right man ;).Look forward to hearing from you guys and talking via Ventrillo, I'll have to blow the dust off my operation manual for that one

I will push him to 30 instead of stopping at 25 still plenty of time left to invite him.
I'm wondering if I'm going to see this invite at all?
