The spawn system does need work but not because of this.
They only spawn somewhere else if your team mates are on there ass attacking them, you will see in this video that his whole team was miles away, and he was stopping them from getting out of there base, he got lucky imo.
Also, Lol @ him not getting a nuke and how the fuck were they still losing the fight when he just got about 40 kills.

That was the reason I was going to give, the COD 4 spawn was nice, if you were good you could predict where they spawn, its too varied in MW2 that have really leveled the playing field when it comes to noobs in this game.
