Uhhmm… can anyone help me.. uhhmm i bought a 350gb harddrive from Best Buy and i look at System setting and i have have 285/285 gbs left.

Probably a combination of formatting and system files. You will never get the full amount out of a hard drive. That is a little extreme though.

when i sign in on another ps3, only the half of the trophies was there :S

You should copy your profile to a USB drive if you're gonna sign on somewhere else. That's what I do on Xbox because it's a pain to sign in on another console.
