I saw this, its pretty funny as Sony fucked LG at Christmas with a Patent and LG is trying to do the same thing.

A permanent or even temporary ban of the PS3 seems about as unlikely as a ban on LG smartphones; instead, both companies are likely to reach a cross-licensing agreement after the patent lawyers have made their money.

These battles are ALWAYS going off, all it takes is the media to jump on board to get people worried and talking, NOTHING will actually happen, Sony may allow LG to use the tech in exchange for LG backing off about there shite.

The world of Patents and Lawyers is always an active business, and it would do the media good to stay out of it in sted of stirring shit.
