Unlucky… My ps3 is still dead from YLOD but getting it fixed this week - hopefully it'll stay alive long enough for me to back up my data.

Back up your data often, kids! You can't transfer the files between ps3's or pc.

I got a question.. if you pay to get fixed and they cant figure out the probmlem or its unfixable.. will they give you a new one? Just curious.

£130 and they Exchange it on the door, no need to worry about them fixing yours.

3 day turn around, but a 6 week wait to get your game back ^_^

So im most likely to get a new one back from sony if i pay 150 So its just like being under warranty?

Except it would be free if it was under warranty, its not a 'NEW' you get but a refurbished one with a new case on it (as good as new) for £130 here in the UK.

Yea thats what im going to do tomorrow. Im not used to breaking ps3s and getting other ones.. this will be my 3rd ps3.. im just a noob.

Yea.. sony is going to send us a box.. my dad pays then we ship next week and wait. Its figured out.. But i have the ps3 hardrive and my 320gb hardrive and the guy wants both.. just curious because the damn thing was more than a game.
