To begin…Hawkes dont bother reading mate i dont think your brain could handle so much for one day =].

This is more to Nate i suppose since he is the founder of SinS.

But who has been here since the beginning...
i know SinS. has been around for a long time, and i know the story of how it all started but i also know Nate wouldnt of just done it on his own, their must of been people their with him.

What im trying to get at is that SinS, has been around a long time i thought i would be a good idea to create a time line of events that starts with how the community started, what it became, the games we played (which consoles), what the community achieved.

A community doesnt last for what im assuming is 7 years without building up an interesting history of event and making new friends even enemies (though i cant really think of any). I'm a member of another community for the past 10 years that my brother and uncle are apart of and which has a time line of events from the year it started and it makes me smile to know that i've been there for alot of it, and through all the achievements.

if anyone would like to shed some light on even through the time of SinS then i'd be more than happy to create a yearly time line of important events like meetings if their have ever been any i know alot of you already live in nottingham so you see each other more so i would asume.

Wouldn't be anything fancy just a little something to let newcomers read up on =]

I "joined" from an invite from Anon in 2006-2007. The "clan" was relatively new then. Back then it was us and Nate playing CS:S. (Pretty sure I met you shortly after.) This was right after MSV and all that shizzzz.

I'm obviously an old member because I've never owned a PS3, and am a dirty, fat American.

I don't remember a lot lol.

I think its a nice topic..maaan this brings back awesome memories of my own..back when i was 14 years old and all the way uptil end of college, me and my school friends (still my same crew just all split up…life, jobs, marriage, see them regularly though)..but anyway we had our clan called.....[NHS] LOOOOL..ye we used to hit up Counter strike the ORIGINAL..and play Tactical ops assault on terror …it was legendary all 10 of us raping noobs was so fun. But alas tis no more..i am the only remaining PC gamer of our once amazing fellowship.

Ye i randomly joined Your clan while playing with the very nice Sama in Aion..that was fun too...i know i don't game with any of you folks atm i hardly play on my 360 don't own a ps3 im really a heavy pc user as its a occupational hazard...so i play in my spare time on my desktop. ALTHOUGH! i do want to play GW2 when it comes out!

I was playing cod4 online on a friends' PS3 before I got my own. I was playing with hokkster, and when I got a PS3 myself he was the first friend I added. He invited me to the clan as soon as he accepted the friend request.
This must have been in january/february 2008, so I've been here in exactly 3 years!

i know what you mean clowd =] i use to play cs Original on my brothers pc when i was like 11 and i was a member of a clan then but when he moved and took his pc i just lost touch with every1.
Eventually in 2005 me and my mum moved house and i got my own pc and the internet alas the first thing i did was get onto CS again only to see how much it had changed,
Unfoortunatly for the worse in my opinion (CS 1.3 FTW =]). Anyway at that point i started playing with a new group of people which included Skitzer (Shamus).

After several month of getting nowhere on CS we went to a new Teamspeak owned by Nate and thats where we met playing Lineage 2 and i joined SinS. with unreal optimistic ideas of rebuilding a 1.6 side to the community (not many were interested), but everyone was too interested in CS:S.

But yea playing Lineage with nate was an awesome time must of been around 2006/2007 then.

Puts hand up As far as early and long serving PS3 members go, I was to I rememeber it all, the basic forum structure, the COD4 marathons, ah the memories.

I was randomly poking through the Killzone 2 forum back in the day before it came out, and then I saw some epic SinS signature (think it was Black Wolfs). Then I was like "awsum" and looked at the actual site…and not much later I joined >D
