Arena net/Guild wars 2 itself hasnt released a date yet, so don't believe everything you hear/read. They still haven't even released all the classes to the public's eye yet. It potentially could be out by nov 2nd, but I personally believe it will bleed into 2012.

That's supposedly the "official release date" so idk what else to tell you.
If it gets pushed back then it gets pushed back but I would bet on November. I'll definitely be getting it.
