This is a big achievement in gaming history in my opinion.
i might be wrong but this is the first game to introduce cross play between a console and a PC/Mac right?
I cant wait, April 22nd is gonna be a great day =]
The only worry i have is that people trying to play co op across platforms is that using a mouse and keyboard is completly different to a control pad their is just soo much you can do with the keyboard and mouse that cant be done with the pad.
Think they should bring out keyboard/mouse compatability for the ps3 =] -
It's not the first one, Shadowrun was. (Cross-platform with Xbox 360 and PC.) The Final Fantasy MMO is also.
April 22nd will be a great day…but not necessarily because of Portal 2. (The multiplayer in Portal 2 will not be that awesome...once you beat it once you won't play it again unless there are more maps. There is no "competitive" multiplayer.)
