Yea that does sound really good, would be even better if the game saves were automatic rather then having to manually doing it…

Why do you need this really? Can't you just put your saves on a USB stick?

Same reason good have Google Docs and all your data is stored on their private servers in the middle of now where, and then they have a back up server simply because its less hassle..

Although what Nate said is a good point why not make it automatic or atleast an option to make it automatic maybe?
I think it's a very good idea, good for sony anyway more people will subscribe to PSN+

I don't pay for Google Docs or Dropbox. This isn't worth paying for in my opinion.

If I want to take my saves or profile somewhere I'll put them on a USB drive.

Fair enough i guess depends how much hassle you want, like i said this is easy they store it then you can play that save anywhere on and ps3.
I'd assume it's being brought out before portal 2 as vavle have said that a game started on the ps3 in portal 2 can then be finished on the pc.

Not all saves can be copied to USB stick, but they can to PSCloud.

Ah, ok. Well it's different than Xbox then. That's pretty lame.

                      Like Xbox live? 😛

We're paying for additional features, online is free.

Where as you pay for playing online and get no cloud game saves.

I get like 3 free games every month for like £5 a month…
