    Discuss…

For those who don't watch the news or live in Scandinavia so know nothing about war.

The UK (AKA Britain) and France have provided air and sea support to the people of Libya to help them "fight" their leader Coronal Gaddafi. The US are also there with support of aircraft carriers and ships.

So far, the British have sent in Eurofighter Typhoon's to provide air support and The Tornado with it's bombing power. Britain also have Ships and Submarines there.

The French have sent in something? They will surrender at some point anyway. 😛

The US have Aircraft Carriers with the British invented and made Harrier. The US also have Submarines.

The British SAS are also there, but their not, but they are, but Libya don't know their there, you don't know either. Shhhh….

The Tornado's fly from Marham, where I am. Muhahaha! 😛

Both British and US Submarines have and are using Tomahawk Missile.

    Anything else, I will update.

    Update.

    Denmark are there with F-16's

    Belgium are there with F-16's

    Spain are there with F-18's

    News just in…

US statement from Pentagon. "We are not after Coronal Gaddafi"

UK statement from The MoD. "We are after Coronal Gaddafi"

France statement from the government. "What's going on?" 😄

Business as usual for them imo.

I don't know a lot about what's going on unfortunately. Will have to inform myself.

          Canada are there too.

Tornado's going from Marham tonight with some of the people who work at RAF Marham. Lucky Carl, (AKA DutchElms, my Brother-in-Law) is on a course, so he is not going.

If there's one thing the US are good at it's "blowing shit up". 😛

British Typoon's are now enforcing the no fly zone.

US plane crashed in Libya, pilots ejected after the engines failed. The plane was not shot down.

The pilots are thought to be with rebel forces and safe. The plane will need to be destroyed or taken back as it holds top secret information and data that belongs to the US and UK.

                UPDATE…

                Pilots are safe.

i mean the US are well known for friendly fire.

Just my opinion but this is a pointless thread we have no right in Lybia, what they want to do to themselves is their worry not ours
I mean we complain about recession everyday their arent enough jobs you know it costs nearly £1mil to sendout just one typhoon and its bomb!!!

Waste of fucking money unless your gonna just blow Lybia off the face of this planet.

I didn't say "shot down". It was engine failure.

Why do we have "no right"? It is about human rights, when a leader starts killing his people the UN have to step in. The UK are a huge power in the UN and as so, we are there.

Last time i checked when the League of Nations failed to prevent WW II,
They were removed and the UN was born in. The main objective was World Peace the simply stop WW III from ever occuring.

My view if im honest the more we go and invade countries like Lybia, Iraq Afhganistan were we actually legally have no right by any law or legislation were just stirring up trouble.

In the end countries will rebel, more Tyrants will rise Communism will be reborn and before we know it the fucking Soviet Union will rear its ugly head. leave and country to rectify its own problems we should just leave well enough alone, instead of wanting more oil!
