Yes. There in the same folder.

…/includes/header.php is the header file

And

.../includes/mega6/ is where the stuff is.

This works as it finds the CSS at that location.

http://www.checkpointdirect.co.uk/css/skins/orange.css

This does not work because there is no such place as css/skins/orange.css from the main directory its still in the /menu/mega3/ folder.

You need to either move it all to the main folder, or tell the thing where to look properly.

They're wrong. They are there because I had them in a different place then moved them. I haven't deleted them yet.

one of the problems in this code is:

that means its looking for: 

www.checkpointdirect.co.uk/css/skins/orange.css

but you said the .css is

http://checkpointdirect.co.uk/includes/mega3/css/skins/orange.css

So thats whats wrong, you have moved shit around but not told it where to look for it.
