Nice one Buttzke, i got 15 and a half biceps but ive not been gym in about a month cuz of lack of money/time. But i just got my new job so i can pay for my Whey and training again
i use optimum whey protien. bsn n.o. xplode. and bsn volumaize good mix. oh and a crap load of vitamins.

I want to work out more, i have weights in my room, but just think of how much time i have. Need to load up on carbs, don't really eat that much food so wouldn't have energy! :rolleyes: tricep pull downs kill for like a week if you do them first time or something!! -
