They're wasting their time, making themselves look even more like dictators and putting a lot of people at risk.
Surely ISP's will suffer when people start downgrading their services? Surely innocent people are going to get their Wifi connections hacked and abused? Surely people will go back to piracy via DVD/CD and more money will go to organised terrorism (as the anti-piracy ads claim ).
In fact… I have an idea.... will report back later....

America doesnt have those rules. Move to america and you`ll be free on the net besides stealing neighbor Wi-Fi xD

I remember reading on BBC news site that this won't begin it's legislative journey until mid 2011, coupled with the fact there is a general election next year, with likelihood of Labour losing, I can't see this ever coming into force. Also, I really can't see the lords ever agreeing to passing the whole unlimited and unchecked powers thing for a secretary of state (They will rip into it, and Mandleson won't be in that position by then anyway). It's interesting to note that the unelected House of Lords has been the only thing stopping the elected House of Commons from passing laws that are vastly detrimental to the rights we hold in recent years.
and now heres a rabbit with toilet paper on its head.

fuckin hell man

Theres nothing to worry about, the law isn't in full power till 2011.
If you truelly want to stop it coming into full POWWWWAAAAAAH then vote against labour.
I've been voting ever since I turned 18,it's extremely important. -
