Yes, they should be releasing a new one shortly. I forgot they haven't released 3.1.2 yet.

But the free apps itself.. i still cant get them, there is like some credit card problem going on.

I've used Redsn0w before, and it works well. I haven't used blackra1n, but it seems very easy. They are all the same when it comes to iPods, it doesn't matter which one you use. iPhones are a bit different though.

You shouldn't have to put a credit card on your iTunes account…I don't have one on mine.

I still use the App Store for all of my free apps. And when i get iTunes gift cards for Christmas lol. :rolleyes:

jailbreaking is like hacking a school computer. opens you to the world. you download apps that people have cracked so they can be downloaded from sites that arent itunes. btw bronco, i could use some help with mah ipod. shits goin downnnnnnn. if i were you bubba, do not download any more updates for your ipod as it could disable your ipod to be jailbroken.
