Correction! Free radical went bust DURING the games development, thats why it sucked ass. They rushed to complete it in their own time. (Or so I read)

However, even though Haze was balls…. it has still sold over 1 million copies.
So... I dunno if you can call it the biggest flop in history. I think Shadow the hedgehog wins that prize
