Get some dumbells, and a bench press. Hit the weights ALOT. I have friends who have a shit diet but lift weights alot and have good shape.

Barely ever have the energy having too jobs to exercise anymore, but i go for an occasional jog (3miles)
Regret getting a second job a bit now.
