Many of the fighters in UFC actually try to slim down a lot to their lowest weight as fighters like Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir have shown, having too much muscle mass means your body has to intake more oxygen faster and so trires you out much quicker, especially when grappling or getting shot to the mat.

i use optimum whey protien. bsn n.o. xplode. and bsn volumaize good mix. oh and a crap load of vitamins.
