Many of the fighters in UFC actually try to slim down a lot to their lowest weight as fighters like Brock Lesnar and Frank Mir have shown, having too much muscle mass means your body has to intake more oxygen faster and so trires you out much quicker, especially when grappling or getting shot to the mat.

I want to work out more, i have weights in my room, but just think of how much time i have. Need to load up on carbs, don't really eat that much food so wouldn't have energy! :rolleyes: tricep pull downs kill for like a week if you do them first time or something!!
