People who have a Google+ account should try out the Hangout feature, Hangout is a plugin for Google+ where you can chat with your friends using a webcam.

Me and Bronco tested it out and it works just fine.
I think that we should start using it, get to see who you are playing and talking to
The quality might not be HD but it's good enough and there was minimal lagg.
